Explore the opportunities in Guangzhou International Intelligent Construction and Industrialized Building Industry Expo in 2026
Introduction of the 2nd Guangzhou International Intelligent Construction and Industrialized Building Industry Expo (GICIB 2026)
Guangzhou is vigorously promoting the construction of "good houses" with the industrialization concept of "building houses like manufacturing cars", aiming to establish itself as a national leader in this field. As the core engine of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Guangzhou has incorporated "intelligent construction and industrialized buildings" into its "12218" modern industrial system for key development. Leveraging the advantages of industrial clusters and policy incentives, it is accelerating the establishment of new quality productive forces in the construction industry. In 2024, the total output value of Guangzhou's construction industry reached 881.69 billion yuan, with a year-on-year growth of 7.5%. The intelligent construction pilot project was commended by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and the "Guangzhou Five-Year Action Plan for Accelerating the Promotion of New-Type Building Industrialization (2024-2028)" was issued. Against this backdrop, the GICIB emerged in 2025. The second Intelligent Construction Expo, in collaboration with Green Building Expo, Housing Industry Expo, and Steel Structure Expo, will be jointly held. It aims to become the largest and highest-level industry event in the construction field during the Guangzhou Canton Fair period, promoting the "Chinese Construction" to enter the "Innovation Era"!
The expo covers an area of 50,000 square meters with 90,000 audiences and 600+ exhibitor. The total on-site signing amount at GICIB 2025 reached a cumulative 86.6 billion RMBs.
GICIB 2026 will be held from May 8–10, 2026, at Guangzhou Poly World Trade Center Expo, bringing Exhibitors and visitors from China and overseas.
